Worship is at the heart of what we do as believers. At NFBC we want our weekly worship times to be a celebration of the risen Savior, and a time to praise and thank the Father for what he has done. We should be worshipers individually, but when we come together we put aside our personal preferences in order to glorify the Lord in our Biblical command to worship Him together. Our worship services consist of singing, prayer, drama, a time for children, a time to give back to God our tithes and offerings, and a message from our pastor; and it always include a time of decision, giving everyone an opportunity to respond to what God has said to them that day.
Our musical worship is led by Worship Pastor Dave Watson along with the "Voices of Praise" Choir, Praise Team, and Orchestra. Music is an expression of who we are, so as a diverse body of believers we use music of all styles and genres, as long as the focus is God the Father, Jesus our Savior, or the Holy Spirit that dwells within us. Psalm 40:3 says “He put a new song in my mouth…” We seek to blend the new songs of praise with the great songs of our past. Drama, video, or other multimedia are used to enhance the message of the day and facilitate worship.
Come join us for worship every week – Sundays at 8:30am or 10:45am and 6:00 p.m.
